When in doubt of the quality, the coral is removed directly from the shop. When packing, each coral is once again checked for quality and health. Arrival guarantee: Dreamcorals guarantees that you always get the coral you ordered on the photo. If it is the case that a coral does not have the quality that we insist upon, we will contact you for a suitable solution that you will certainly not be able to reverse. In addition, we give arrival guarantee. This means that we guarantee that you will receive the ordered coral in a healthy state. If that is not the case, we will come up with a suitable solution. What should you do if it is not the right coral or the coral is not in the right condition? 1: Make a clear photo of the dead or wrong coral and mail the photo on the same day of receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org and mention the item number of the coral you ordered. 2: Never discard a coral without the permission of Dreamcorals. This will void the warranty. 3: Never send coral back without permission from Dreamcorals. This will void the warranty. 4: Without proof of the dead or wrong coral, Dreamcorals can not provide any credit. 5: Dreamcorals will pick up within 10 working days for the guarantee approval. 6: If you have approved warranty, we will contact you for a suitable solution or you will receive the credit on your account. Shipping costs are not reimbursed! Why only arrival guarantee? We can not guarantee the survival of coral in your aquarium. Light, currents and water quality have a strong influence on the color and quality of the coral, so that a coral can quickly change color or die. You are responsible for maintaining the correct water values, which is important for the animals that live in them.
